To achieve economical and fast production with the highest quality, Plasser & Theurer uses up-to-date automatic finishing machines. These automatic numerically controlled machines are also used for welding work. These enable even complex connections to be produced in one operation with consistently high quality.
All work units to be built into the machines have to undergo test runs and performance tests before installation. Special attention is paid to cleanliness and absolutely spotless execution of the tests so that no contaminants and sediments can enter the oil circuits and hydraulic circuits.
