When all components such as frames, bogies, work units or electric and hydraulic systems are completed, checked and approved for installation, the assembly of the machine can commence.

Experienced and qualified skilled fitters carry out the assembly of all structures. Air and nitrogen cylinders have undergone a quality control at their manufacturer, inspection of the fuel tank is performed by the Technical Supervisory Association. Even the quality and composition of the paintwork are subject to stringent guidelines and checked regularly.

This is followed by complete assembly of the machine with all installation jobs of the hydraulic and electrical systems. The factory quality control performs function tests routinely and supervises the observance of all dimensions and guidelines.
